Temporary import of equipment (ATA carnet)

• ATA carnet application form
• Detailed equipment list with approximate values
• (Optional) Application for insurance coverage, if this option is chosen

Issuing an ATA carnet requires a guarantee to secure payment of import duties in the territory of temporary admission. The amount of this guarantee may vary depending on the country of origin and the value of the equipment.

Guarantee options

• Bank guarantee or deposit: an amount proportional to the value of the equipment, refundable once the ATA carnet has been properly validated and returned
• Insurance: coverage through an insurance provider, with a cost calculated as a percentage of the declared value of the equipment
• Cash deposit: subject to the applicable conditions
