The user undertakes to use the Website diligently, in accordance with current legislation, good faith and accepted standards of conduct, without contravening morality and public order.
Use of the Website and the information provided on it is the user’s responsibility, without prejudice to any responsibilities incumbent on Andorra Turisme under applicable legislation.
The user is responsible for complying with the rules applicable to their use of the products and applications and shall bear any corresponding civil and criminal liability.
The following are prohibited, by way of example and without limitation:
- Any use that is contrary to Andorran regulations or infringes third-party rights.

- Cracks, software serial numbers or any other content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- The collection or use of other users’ personal data in breach of personal data protection legislation.

- Establishing a framing relationship between the Website and other web pages.
- Disseminating data, information or content that reduces, interrupts or prevents normal use of the service or the normal flow of communications, or that results in abusive use that slows down servers and adversely affects the provision of services or the rights of other users.
Participation in the Professional Directory
The person applying for inclusion in the Professional Directory must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the company or entity they represent, where applicable.
The purpose of the application for inclusion is to add a profile to the public directory. Submission does not entail automatic publication: Andorra Turisme will review the information and verify the admission criteria before approving its inclusion.
The applicant must identify and provide the information intended for publication in accordance with the instructions in the form or the designated channel. The processing and publication of personal data are described in the privacy policy.
The listed person or entity must inform Andorra Turisme of any changes necessary to keep the profile information up to date and may request removal through the contact email indicated in this notice, without prejudice to the channels for exercising data protection rights.
Anyone providing texts, photographs, logos or other materials for inclusion in the profile must hold the rights and authorisations necessary to publish them. Providing them for this purpose authorises Andorra Turisme to reproduce them and make them available to the public on the Website to the extent necessary to publish and manage the profile, without transferring ownership of them.
Of Andorra Turisme
Andorra Turisme shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the information, the content of the Website and the programs it incorporates, which may cause, by way of example and without limitation, errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the Website or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs, to the extent that such damage is not attributable to it under applicable legislation.
The information contained on the Website is current as of the date of the latest update. Andorra Turisme does not guarantee the absence of errors in access to the Website or in its content, but will take appropriate measures to prevent, correct or update them as soon as they are detected.
Andorra Turisme reserves the right to modify and update the information on the Website, its presentation and configuration, and the conditions of access at any time.
Andorra Turisme reserves the right to modify or omit all or part of the Website’s content and restrict access to it, while respecting its obligations towards users.
If maintenance, repair, updating or service improvement operations must be carried out, Andorra Turisme reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Website and the provision of the affected services, endeavouring to inform users whenever circumstances permit.
Provided that this does not contravene applicable legislation, if Andorra Turisme may be held liable for loss or damage, its liability shall be limited to loss or damage that is certain, actual and substantiated.
The professional information published in the directory comes from the persons or entities providing it. The inclusion of a profile does not, in itself, constitute a guarantee by Andorra Turisme regarding the quality of the services offered or the outcome of any relationships users may establish with the listed professionals or companies.
Any professional or contractual relationships established between users and the persons or entities listed in the directory shall be governed by the agreements they enter into with each other. The mere publication of a profile does not make Andorra Turisme a party to such agreements.
V. Links
Andorra Turisme prohibits the creation of links to this Website from other websites containing content contrary to the law, good faith, accepted standards of conduct, morality or public order.
Any references and links on the Website to other third-party websites are for information purposes. Andorra Turisme does not develop or administer those web pages and does not hold the Internet addresses cited, unless expressly stated.
Therefore, Andorra Turisme has no control over third-party content accessible through the Website’s links and shall not be liable for the consequences of any failure by users or owners of third-party websites to comply with the conditions applicable to those sites, without prejudice to any responsibilities incumbent on it under applicable legislation.
VI. Right of exclusion
Andorra Turisme reserves the right to deny or suspend access to the Website, permanently or temporarily, for users who fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
This right includes the removal or suspension of content or profiles that infringe these conditions, applicable legislation or third-party rights. Where circumstances permit, Andorra Turisme will inform the affected person or entity of the reason for the measure and, if the breach can be remedied, of the possibility of correcting it.
This right is without prejudice to any legal action Andorra Turisme may bring against users.
VII. Intellectual and industrial property rights in the content
All elements appearing on the Website, including, by way of example and without limitation, photographs, music, sounds, animations, software, texts, information and collected content, as well as the structure, graphic design and source code, are the property of Andorra Turisme or of third parties that have assigned the corresponding rights of use to it or granted it the relevant licences or authorisations, and are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Andorra Turisme holds rights to use the Film Andorra trademark. Third-party trademarks, trade names, logos and other distinctive signs appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.
No acts of reproduction, publication, computer processing, distribution, dissemination, transformation, compilation, modification or communication to the public of all or part of the Website may be carried out without the prior written consent of Andorra Turisme.
Access to the Website’s content and services does not imply any right to transmit, assign, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or communicate the protected elements to the public without express authorisation granted for that purpose by Andorra Turisme or, where applicable, the third-party rights holder.
Users may consult the Website and use the public information in the Professional Directory to learn about the services available and establish professional contacts in accordance with Film Andorra’s purpose. This use does not authorise bulk data extraction, the reuse of photographs or other protected materials, or the sending of communications contrary to applicable regulations.
Unauthorised use of the Website’s content, as well as damage to intellectual or industrial property rights, may give rise to the relevant legal action and corresponding liabilities.
If a user considers that any content on the Website infringes their intellectual or industrial property rights or those of third parties, they must notify Andorra Turisme at the contact address indicated in this notice so that it can assess the matter and take appropriate measures.
VIII. Commitments

The Terms and Conditions are subject to Andorran law.
Users of the Website submit to the jurisdiction of the Andorran courts, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by law, without prejudice to the possibility that other legislation or jurisdiction may apply by reason of a user’s status as a consumer or by mandatory legal provision.
